A group of 5 friends booked this apparent great villa with 5 star services to celebrate New Years!We booked this villa on 27th November’22 and made full payment and got a confirmation saying it’s all set they are happy to have us over!Cutting short to 27th December’22 exactly a month later with our bags packed, spirits high and decided on places to visit in Bali etc. We received an email which read and I quote “your booking has been cancelled, we won’t be able to host you”! For a property with such high reviews that act showed us how much they cared about their customers! We were left stranded given that we were 2 days away from NYE with tickets flight done BUT NOWHERE TO STAY!Lessons learnt and how -: Don’t stay in a property that goes in for the highest bidder: The Anuva Villa has no customer loyalty: To a cherry on top we didn’t even get any help from them to look for another space to stay in.Please avoid booking, believing and trusting such properties! In the service industry this is the last kind of experience you want to deal with!

Horrible experience. Deducted full payment 2 weeks before travel and followed up by sending a message that we cannot host you two days before your travel so that they can make a quick buck.

This villa is totally awesome. Good interior ,Pool ,two big kitchens and surround villa was soooo quiet and amazing green rice field view . Recommended !!! and will come again very soon

The best villa in Canggu for the room, pool is super clean, the villa have bale for chillin by the pool, the kitchen is modern style, bathroom is very good and big, very quiet place for escape in canggu area, really satisfied to stay here, amazing villa and staff very friendly and helpfull
